Hi I finally decided after 2 years was time to upgrade. Was about to sign off on the s21 Ultra 512gb version. But just on the page of aggreesing to the terms and conditions I noticed it had changed the order to the 128 version whcih I do not want.

Didnt digitally sign anything but can see they have already taken payment of what is owed from my current contract through Paypal. But I have not completed my order and wont. 2 questions :

Will the charge be refunded ? i called CS and they said it would but could not see anything on the system

second question does anyone know if o2 will be getting the black 512gb s21 ultra back in stock ?

many thanks Dino

We wouldn't know about the Black ultra. You need to keep checking stock in the shop or ask customer services.

To get your money back on the order you partially placed you need to call O2

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Thanks for the info. Its bad though they took the money before I had even digitially signed any contract. I have agreed to nothing and no order is pending. Trying to get through to O2 was a nightmare gave up after an hour

A digital signature is made IF you open the terms and conditions and all info which comes with the contract.

There are numerous numbers for O2 in the guide I posted and if you follow the advice above you should be able to get through.

Check the payment details in your Paypal.

It might be a pre auth or pending, in which case, it won't be claimed by O2 if you don't complete the order.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi ok your right it is still pending but it usually stays that way for 48 hours - will check again Monday see if its dropped of thanks.

Just hope they get the 512gb version back as I really dont want to have to buy it up front or change providers.
