Hi, i can use the RingGo app on my wifi but not on 4G. it says 'Error No network connection available'
I went on live chat (which i found really difficult to find) and followed their steps of resetting network settings then switching my phone off, taking out the sim card, putting it back in and switching the phone back on.
I've done all this but the RingGo app still isn't working.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, thanks for coming back to me. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it as well as the other things the live chat person told me to do

email apps@ringgo.com to see if they are aware of any issues.

Hiya, that's the first thing I did. There is no issue with my account and they can't replicate the issue I'm having. They have suggested contacting O2 which I have but their solution haven't worked. As I mentioned, I can use it at home on wifi but not when I'm out and about, and actually need it, on 4G

Have you tried turning off 4g and just using 3g?

As it works on Wifi, I wonder if there are
1) Network issues where you park? https://status.o2.co.uk/
2) Or whether it's provisioned in your particular area?
I have never used the app, so not sure what else to assist with.
Maybe some of our other members can help? @madasaf1sh @MI5 @gmarkj @pgn?

Network settings and either turn off 4g or select 2g/3g only
