I have £5.50 saved from rewards, have tried to claim it for credit on my phone, but it says I don't have that amount. What am I doing wrong so I can't claim it?

Hi Debby-Br. I had exactly the same problem. You have to "save" your Reward, then you can spend it. The problem is they don't automatically save your Rewards to your account. They just let you know it is available.
