hi is it possible to request for a copy of all my call history from 2012  or 2013 i just need it urgent on an important application please.... it would be a great thanks if you could help me with this...

Hi @Anonymous To go back that far you will need to contact CS...I think you can only go back 18 months via MY o2 http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Backdated bills
On the PC go into My O2, view latest bill and scroll down you will see 6 months of previous bills.
 Open one of those and scroll to the bottom and click on View and print older bills
From there, use the drop down box at the top of the screen. I can go back to March 2014 on mine.(only 18 months)
