returning phones

Just got a monthly contract phone yesterday but don't want it now how do I return it and get my refund

If bought in store, return to the store,
If online or over the teleblaster, call up and request a return.

You have a 14 day cooling off period so you can return the phone anytime before then

You have 14 days to return it from the day you purchased it.

If you did it online then contact cs who will help you send it back to them then your money will be refunded within 14 days.

If you did it via instore then return the phone to the store you purchased it from
