i returned an item last year a tablet i even have the proof of postage and im now getting debt collectors asking me for money for the item i had already returned to o2 so what is going on

@return1 you need to persevere with CS as they are the only ones who can sort this out.

Alternatively, you can make a complaint https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain. We find Resolver is the most helpful and usually provides a quick solution.

If you have a proof of postage receipt contact Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus asap to sort this matter out.

The best time to ring is between 8-8:30am when the lines aren't that busy.

i made a complaint using resolver and now o2 are investigating so hopefully it will get sorted.

It shouldn't have got to the point that you needed to do that. It's a simple enough task for customer service to sort out for you, but good luck and I hope it gets resolved quickly.
