Hi @annecrum

Even if you made a Subject Access Request to O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-yo...

they would only be able to provide you with limited information ie

Calls or texts made from and to your mobile number

We can give you the date and time of any calls and texts you’ve sent or received. We can also give you the phone numbers you’ve called or texted, but we’re not able to give you the numbers that have called you. We only keep any of this information for 12 months.

Even My O2 is no use to you as your bill would only show calls made. UNLESS you returned the call then you would have evidence

If you did return the call then you could access the information via this route https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-do-I-get-to-the-Download-Bill-page/ba-p/1014096.

I think the only records you can access yourself on pay monthly are historical calls you made via pdfs of previous bills. On payg no records at all.  So the short answer is there is no way of you getting this info @annecrum

However if you were the security services, the police or someone with a court order, then O2 would probably find it if pushed hard enough - tho I'm sure it would be very difficult to get them to do that.

So I guess the question you need to ask yourself is how much time do you want to spend looking?  certainly no one here or in customer services, nor on chat nor, nor in a store,  or on any normal route would be able to help, And you'd probably have to engage a lawyer or a private investigator, before anyone who could help in O2 would listen to you.

Hi @annecrum

Have you tried looking in MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2?

You should be able to print previous bills going back, I believe 2 years. So if you print your itemised bill for February 2018 the phone number you require should be there.

Hope this helps and welcome to the forum.
