Hi I've just got a new phone which uses a nano simm. I have tried on the web site and phoned but just get cut off. What can i do?

@JohnLee If your old sim has perforations you can pop out the nano sim and use that.

If it doesn't you'll have to persevere with trying to get through to customer service. Use any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen if you have to. Best number is apparently 0800 587 4005
