Hello, thanks in advance.
Lost my phone and ordered a replacement sim to replace the esim. Cannot get through O2 customer care for activating the new sim. Any other way, outside working hours to activate the replacement sim.

You should have reported your phone and SIM as lost to O2, the replacement SIM is then sent automatically, configured with all your inf (phone number etc).
Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it tells you how, @javeed. Note that you are liable for any calls and charges made to your account if you do not let O2 know about the loss.
