On changing my phone and putting my sim card in, it fell to the floor and my dog chewed it. I've spoken to a recording to advise I need a replascement but am not sure if it will be done.

@shropshirelass

Was this a new sim or your old one (if upgrading)?

You can use your old sim in new phone or if it's a blank new sim, O2 can activate it remotely for you.

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
