I damage ma old card with number and this is  monthly payment card , how I can ask for new card ? I not good with phone talking so can I do this without customer service ?

@marcinwojciecho  I thiink you can request a new card via LIve Chat and then do a sim swap http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/, but the easiest way to do it would be to go in store and they will do it all for you. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

As @Bambino said, it is far quicker to go instore ...though you could order one via the shop https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards

That wouldn't work unfortunately as they are all new contracts.

To get a replacement you'd have to go instore, call or use live chat.
