regards to sim card lost

I need a new sim sent to my my address [Removed personal details] as I have lost that SIM. Can you in the meantime send 1 out to the address as I am not local?

You have to report it lost.  Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it 

The guide will give you all the info you need.

They will only send a sim card to your registered address, you will need to temporarily change address to have it sent elsewhere.
