Hi does anyone know if I can get a refund on my balance of £60 - my phone has died!

Are you £60 in credit or is that what you owe? What does it say in My O2? Is this monthly or P&G?

sorry I didn't refresh my page! Pay as you go, and yes I'm in credit so O2 owes me.

With payandgo you either use your credit or lose it. It can be transferred to a different sim or to an account if you go to pay monthly.

They don't normally return credit to you on Pay and Go.

If you take out a Pay Monthly sim on a monthly account the credit can be transferred to that and then refunded to the bank account you used to set it up.

Best way with payg credit is to take a simo simplicity sim and you can then transfer up to £250
