hi i was told to log in to o2 as i have a refund for my last bill of 6.31 but it wont let me log in as it says im not a customer

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
