I’ve purchased a phone in online shop on 6/4/20, they overcharged me so in total i paid £550, i called the next day to cancel the whole thing. the woman said i should get a full refund in next 7 days. it’s been now over 20 days and all i’ve got back was £200, which btw was still a pending transaction on my account so technically o2 didn’t do anything. i’ve tried to call multiple times, i’ve sent a pm on facebook and i posted a comment on their page on facebook and I still don’t know where my money is. I understand it’s difficult situation now but come on, no information from anywhere?
