why cant i get my money back? i ordered samsung ear buds for £98.88 and after a month of not receiving them i asked for a refund. O2 said it would go into my bank account in 5 to 10 working days. After 15 days i rang back and they said "thats strange that i havent received it" and said wait another 5 working days. 7 days later and nothing, they have told me to wait 3 days until my new bill is ready then ask to transfer the money into my account that takes 5 to 10 working days. We are nearing 3 months now. Oh and also i went to pay my airtime bill today and guess what .... its £98.88 and it should be £20. when i try to pay £20 its says im not paying the full amount due and some services will be affected. So in a nut shell i paid £98.88 for ear buds, waited for two months and now they have said i owe £98.88. grand total £197.76 to receive nothing. this is theft and is criminal.
