refreshed my phone, need a receipt for insurance provider

As per the title I have refreshed my phone and need a receipt for insurance provider.

 

I had a live chat over a week ago where the adviser said they would email me a receipt so I could set up insurance on my new handset. I have received nothing, I check my junk mail every day as well so it didn't end up in there

@kitch Live Chat is useless. Call customer service for free on 202 from your mobile. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am, if you can, to avoid a long wait on hold. Also check your MyO2 page to see if there's anything there.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Also if you have emails about your o2 Refresh they should help to as they have an IMEI with the Device you ordered if you haven't deleted them
