refresh 14-21days first bill

Hi all,

a query here for my partner who wishes to join o2, if he was to order a phone in store tomorrow - and his first bill to be generated roughly mid-november. does he have to pay the first bill the day is generated, or can he pay it on the 1st December (date of salary paid)

If he joins the say tomorrow 28th, his first bill will be produced around the 1s5 Nov. Payment date is always 14 days after billing date (1 month in advance) so has to be paid around the 15th.

First payment is 14 days after bill is generated.
If you take a new contract you will have to pay first bill around 15 days later as it is generated on the first day of the account - you pay a month in advance you see.

okay thats fine then, so if he was to wait until the 15th or so, then get the phone; 1st bill payment will be on the beginning of December roughly?

and first bill is Phone + 2x Tarriff?

so a £48 refresh (£23+£25) will be a rough bill of £73?

Yes, roughly speaking.

No, first bill will be for the first couple of days usage + £48 so around £52
