recycle my phone via o2, can i use the £82 towards paying to Fast Track Upgrade to O2 Refresh

Hi, if i was to recycle my phone via o2, can i use the £82 towards paying to Fast Track Upgrade to O2 Refresh?

as my S2 is outdated now, and the centre pad key is on its last legs. I dont want to really pay the £201 towards the fast track option, but if i could get this reduced it may help!

As far as I am aware you can't as the the payment of £201 has to be made on call in order to upgrade account. You would then have to send phone off to recycle and get your £82.
