Received message saying my order has been confirmed but I did not place an order.
"Just confirming your order has gone through - thanks. Your order number is NC32124541, and you can check on its progress through My O2: https://mymobile2.o2.co.uk/order-history

If you migrated from Virgin it will be a billing alignment.
Check with O2 if unsure.
This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
