really tricky messages

I have been a customer with 02 since 2007.

I have 2 phones under my contract and they would not let me data share between the phones, and the usual rubbish of it's not under the current offer, I upgraded to a I phone 8 on the 31st of december from 6 plus and was suggested previoulsy by the so called O2 specialist team that I would be able to data share if i upgrade my contract! what a load of rubbish they come up to just give an answer and end the call.

Certainly will terminate my contract as I dont see any other company who would punish you for loyalty.

shame on you 02!!!

Help on sharing data here but you need to have the correct tariffs and a lead device which can only be done when taking a new contract out.

Plus if you terminate your contract now. Your still within the cooling off period luckily

I'm personally disgusted that you have to pay a monthly fee to share the data you have already paid for.

Well technically it's the phone that's doing the sharing that's paying but yes, if you're in close proximity, just turn on your Hotspot for free slight_smile
