I hope CS has changed it across the board now @hosay299. When I changed my email address I did it via My O2 as suggested by @MI5...I have had no problems at all. I still use my old address for other communications but all O2 emails go into my gmail account.

I changed mine in My O2 because of the amount of spam I was getting due to o2 passing on my details to the world and his son.  How do I know? Because that email was a oneoff and used for nothing else. Will it happen again... afraid so despite any marketing preferences.
