Hi all,
I've been trying to change my tarif on-line from Pay and Go Go to Favourite places since I haven't got a reply from O2 within 72hrs by text. I've got this error message while I type my post code. What is going on? Anyone can help?

Try calling 2202 free and changing your tariff, they can also sort out the problem with the postcode error.
