"Upgrade on us" questions

Hello

 

My current phone needs repairing and I logged into my account to see if there are any options for me and I can see this "Upgrade on us" offer available. Is this really what it says? I would only upgrade if it made more sense than a repair. I'm guessing theres some hidden costs?!

Where did you get your contract from initially?

If it was CPW then as @Bambino said, it will be an Upgrade on us, as O2 are buying out the contracts. They no longer have dealings with Carphone Warehouse, so it gets the custom from them.

My contract is with cpw, had messages to say I can upgrade for free, rang O2 to do this but have been told I have to pay my contract off. It's a joke

This was an offer that was being run before but it might have been stopped now.
If it is not on your my o2 when you log in and customer services cannot see it then you may have missed the deadline.
