Whenever I call a Landline such as work, my Parents etc on my O2 mobile (Samsung Galaxy S2) everyone complains that they can't hear me and it's a bad line! Is this a problem with the phone or the network? Being deaf and wearing a digital hearing aid I do put the mic up to my hearing aid and talk into the phone that way, could this be the problem?
I have called into Carphone Warehouse today to see if I could get the phone checked out, but I am getting a new phone on contract upgrade in less than 3 weeks, the bloke said it wasn't worth sending it away for investigation.

Unfortunately not, however, as all my phone numbers are saved to the SIM card, I'll probably transfer it to whatever new phone I get on the 20th (which will probably be a Galaxy S3 or 4)
