Hi. I have £20 big bundle and I want to cancel it. I wanna come back to normal pay and go tariffs. How I can change it ?

To switch your tariff to Big Talker, text BIGTALK to 21300 free from your O2 phone.

Switch to a "Big Talker" tariff. This gives you some allowances each time you top up but it also allows you to retain your credit to use as a normal PAYG phone.
