puzzled by item on my bill

Hi

Hope this is the right place to ask this. I have just come back from Spain and bill is much higher than I expected and at the bottom it says things you've bought and was £3.odd. What I have bought for that much I have no idea! I can't get through on customer services to ask and can't find anything in help. Any of you guys had the same? Thanks

Hiya   Many have had similar stories, but you will have to ring Customer Services to sort it or try the O2 Chat.  Hope you get it sorted and come and tell us how you got on

It's very probably charges for using O2 Travel.

Did you turn off mobile data or have data roaming enabled

Yes, usually it is data used whilst roaming....

i tend to turn off all roaming, data off when i go abroad as i only need text & call for emergencies only as i like to enjoy my holiday
