@dilidalido

Try live chat or borrow a phone / use a call box.

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You can also go into any O2 shop and they will allow you to call from there .

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you have gone overdue by so far that the payment line cannot be called you need to borrow a phone from a friend or family member. Call boxes seem to have disappeared other than in town centres.

Think about reinstating the direct debit you cancelled so this doesn't happen again.You can use Skype to call the free 0800 number to pay.

@dilidalido

To avoid this happening again, you really should set up a direct debit. It will save all this sort of hassle in the future.

Hope you get it sorted quickly and welcome to the forum Welcome
