problem paying bill

hi, i cant get through to 02 on a call or find a way to access live chat. I wont be able to pay my bill on time this month and I need to get in touch. Can anyone advise on what to do?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Thanks for the reply, tried to call just now but it just says nobody can answer the call and cuts off. I work on call at the moment in a hospital so really cant afford to have my phone cut off. Think I would be better trying tomorrow?

Hi I’m having the same issue, I need my phone for work and they’ve cut my phone due to an overdue payment. I spoke to them a few weeks ago and explained that I’m being paid on the 3rd of April and they said I would not be cut off. Any help?
