hi, i cant get through to 02 on a call or find a way to access live chat. I wont be able to pay my bill on time this month and I need to get in touch. Can anyone advise on what to do?

Thanks for the reply, tried to call just now but it just says nobody can answer the call and cuts off. I work on call at the moment in a hospital so really cant afford to have my phone cut off. Think I would be better trying tomorrow?
