Solved: privacy worries

hi all. i have a pay monthly o2 account and my girlfriend has recently started working as a sales advisor in o2 store. Which got me thinking, can these sale advisors check who i have made phone calls to, who ive texted and what ive texted and also my internet browsing history? obviously i havent done anything she wouldnt be happy with before we started dating however ive texed some things and searched things on the internet she wouldnt be happy with prior to this. Any info would be appreciated.

I too work in an O2 Store, the short answer is you have nothing to worry about. Unless the sim for the account is in the store, or a passport/driving license for the account holder are present as well as being able to answer a couple of security questions advisors can't get access to an account, even if we wanted to. All the security aside, if they were to do this without your knowledge that'd be a pretty serious offence.

Only you can see your call and text history and the only browsing history is actually on the phone, not in your account.....
