can i print an itemised bill that shows all texts sent

View your latest bill in My O2
Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
That will bring up the old style web page
Then simply use the drop down box for older bills. You can go back 18 months.

If you want texts that you have sent after your last bill you can see them using the previous method but at step 3, click on recent charges on the old style web page.

If you are PAYG you need to fill in a Subject Access Request and send it with £10 to get the info http://static.o2.co.uk/www/docs/kana/subjectaccessrequestform.pdf
