i,m having trouble printing off my bills for my accounts.i have tried the pdf files but still nothing.ive tried the print oppion which it does print but the companies logo does not print so wont be accepted for a invoice.ive been in touch with o2 but no help.i just think i need to change my settings some where but dont know where please any help

Have a read through this help link and also try different browsers if it's just some content that's missing https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-do-I-get-to-the-Download-Bill-page/ba-p/101...
As a last resort you could ask Customer Services to send you paper bills, but there is a small charge for them.
