Morning,

 

Looking for some help. 

 

I have made a payment to an outstanding balance due to not knowing it was there after being locked out of my o2 due to the system update. 

 

I have made the payment, it has come our of my bank however the system still shows as outstanding.  wondering whether it just takes time for the system to update?

 

any help would be appreciated slight_smile

It can take a few days for the balance on your account to update, especially if payment was made at the weekend. You should be able to see the track of the payment you made in your MyO2 before too long - I know a credit card payment is registered and gets to O2 within about 30mins, it has been a long time since I made a direct bank payment to O2.
