poor signal in Ealing

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I have recently moved to Ealing, W5, and the signal here is so poor to make it impossible to make or receive calls, not to mention using 3G data.

A quick search on  status.o2.co.uk/ for my postcode reports a broken mast in the area.

How long this kind of issues takes to be solved? It's more than a week by now...

Thanks!

Unfortunately O2 won't give timescales even if you call up as the field engineers don't liase with customer service. All you can do is click the link to be kept informed on the status page.

It all depends on the nature of the fault but they will do their best to get it fixed asap.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Unfortunately we cannot give you an exact date right now and many factors affect how quickly a mast can get fixed. I really do understand the frustration though and If I get any news we'll update you.
