poor customer service lies and more lies

decided to upgrade promised delivery for monday then tuesday then wednesday then friday and yes then promised delivery for saturday. spoke to customer service everyday. i have tried to cancel my upgrade several times so i can go to the 02 shop and get an upgrade but it is still showing that i have an upgrade on the way so i can not do this. now im told i have to phone the mail company and give them more details i have called them and quess what they say they have not picked up the phone from 02.

 

02 be more truthful not more dog

 

shame on you lies and more lies. i have been a customer for several years but by the end of July i will not be

The 8" Tab S is showing in stock but 5 days is been quoted for the 10.1 currently in the online shop.

moral of the story speak to a real person don't waste your time with the chat help well said this message need to be spread before its too late for others should be telling the customer this themselves or they could just stop the half-**bleep** live chat
