Hi,
On 16 April placed twice 10pounds /auto top-up/ from my account, however received only one charging.
I need an another charge as well!

Contact customer service on 4445 to check why the top up hasn't shown on your account.
This forum is essentially customer to customer and little input from official O2 staff so you won't get an answer through the forum for your specific account query.
