what it is, i dropped my phone accidently in the bath last night and i am just wondering what can i do about it but there is also lines going down on my phone and it can go blurring???

If you have insurance, you need to make a claim on it.

If not, you'll need to replace it yourself.

You can try putting it in rice and leaving it somewhere warm, but water damage is usually terminal.
