so i went onto my bank account and i have realised the money i payed a week ago for my new phone is still on the pending? is this because they can’t process it because out of stock or should i be worried that it hasn’t gone through?

yes called customer services turns out no one told me for 2 week that my order was canceled? havnt got my money back either yet
