phone won't connect

My phone keeps saying 'not registered on network' so can't make or receive calls.  Text won't go thhrough either.

May i ask what phone you're using?

No service at all?
Have you taken the sim card out and put it back in?

Thanks for that - yes they are 'working on a mast' in our area (have been for 2 days!) Others are experiencing the same problem.  Thanks for the help

At least you have an answer to your query, @Katia. O2 never publish time frames for finishing repairs, so you'll have to bear with it until it's resolved. Hope for your sake that it won't be too long.:smileywink:

Thanks for the help.  In fact a friend suggested I switch the phone off & then back on & lo & behold!  I had contact!

Excellent news @Katia. I have always found rebooting the phone cures a multitude of errors.wink
