Solved: phone tariifs

Both myself and my wife are on monthly tariffs"O2 Refresh Unlimited 1GB". However she is on a lower tariff than I am. How can this be and how do I get mine reduced?

I guess there is a discount on that tariff.

Where were they taken, from O2 or via a 3rd party?

You can check in your MYO2 to see if you are eligible for an upgrade.

You can get 2gb for £12 currently

If you are both on a 1gb tariff you are both the same.

How do you mean that she is on a lower tariff?

Her tariff is £13.51 a month, mine is £16.
