phone stolen... no way to contact

Hi my phone was stolen out of my hands tonight... I have no way of calling and your online chat is down.  Just want to block my phone... Anyway to do this?

Hi @Anonymous When you ring the numbers in the link please keep on the line until the end of the ivr. It's imperative you get the phone reported asap. You also need to contact the police and get a crime number. This is needed for any insurance claim you may make.

@Anonymous Please ensure that you phone O2 within the first 24 hours. The £100 liability cap is only good for that period. Any charges to your number after 24 hours will be your responsibility if you haven't reported the theft. Make sure you also report this to the police.
