Hiya all i dont no if you can help me
basically i placed a order on the 9/11/2012 for a iphone 4 the package i did choose the iphone cost £49.99 so i went threw the credit check then. 02 asked me for the £49.99 which i payed in full. great so i recived a email from 02 saying thank you for you'r order you order is as follows......
but since that email i haven't recived any more emails from 02 regarding my order if its been accepted or has been sent out to me. has any one else had this problem with 02? thank you all

I can only suggest you contact O2 directly to see what the delay is, it could be waiting credit approval.

Have you looked in MyO2 to check the status of your order?

hiya thank you for you'r reply. yes when i do sighn in i cant track any orders. and when i do i go to view bill and it tells me sorry we have no mobile number. i have also checked all around my account area and there doesn't seem to be any track order bit for me. very confused, i have checked my 02 email which is linked to my account. but just the same message as the email i recived. thank you for you'r order details as follows.
