phone broken, can i advance my upgrade?

Hello,

 

My i phone has broken but i am not due for an upgrade until April.  Does anyone know if I can advance my upgrade? I have insurance but there is a £100 excess so really not sure of the best course of action.  

 

Suggestions welcome

If it's cheaper to pay off your contract than pay the £100 excess then that's your only viable option unless as advised the repair is covered by warranty. Or just buy a cheap phone to use your sim for the rest of your contract period.

How has the phone broken? Unless its damaged from dropping or water it may be covered by warranty.

Remember also that even a damaged phone has a value on ebay wink You might raise enough money by selling it as is to cover your cancellation fees.....
