hello again everyone

again O2 broadband in my area its not working and again i chat with 1 adviser and i get back with the sane escuse," probably its an issue with your phone or with your Sim". Escuses after escuses. some of my friends are in O2 pay as u go and don't have any problems, they refer to me that is an issue just with the Pay Monthly. i appel with everybody in all Communities to complain to Citizens Advice about this, because what they just came its with escuses after escuses. they say they are the best in the country but they are not. sometimes we are unnable even to call an emergency!?

THIS MUST STOP BECAUSE WE PAY ONE SERVICE.

Have you checked service status in your area?

You'll get support from other members for complaining to the citizens advise bureau, unfortunately I don't think they'll be able to help you.

May I ask how long you have been without service?
