phone blocked

Hi 

I am righting this post for my father who has cancer .

Due to the fact money is tight for him at the moment  he decided to shift from o2 to sky sim for a great deal of 5pounds per month.

My father needs his phone to he can keep in contact with the nurse and his family.

BUT o2 have not unlocked his phone so he can use his Sky sim card.

After many on line chats with o2 team and promises of it will be unlocked today  then next chat it will take a flat seven days , next chat it will be unlocked in the next 24 hours.That was four days ago pretty shocking if you ask me.

we have decided never to use O2 again and we had to go to some other service provider we even had to bin Sky so we can be in contact with my father.
