How do I pay my daughters phone bill, her number has gone of the app every time I ring 202 it cuts of or don’t have the options someone help me as he phone has no device

Hi I’ve done this keeps asking me to visit o2 site my daughters numbers has been cut of and there no where I can I pay her phone bill

Try Payment Management 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
