I have just moved onto a new deal and have been with o2 for 15+ years but since going onto a new sim only deal my voicemail messgaes have been deleted and my personal hotspot is now not working? I have tried calling o2 but they cut you off because of Covid19 reduced staff. I have tried to find a chat box on the account but again nothing! its urgent as I always use my hotspot for work. How can I get it working again?

thanks for the suggestion. Tried the APN change but didnt work so will have to speak to customer services.
