No-one who is on the Vodafone network can ring me on my O2 network. They get a message saying my number is not available. I have complained about this before but now i am working remotely this is getting very frustrating as my clients can't ring me. YOu need to sort this out urgently as i am losing business which at this time is critical.

You are not talking to O2, sorry.
We cannot fix it for you.

Try cleaning the sim card and rebooting the phone. O2 won't respond here so you may need to call them and order a new sim if this persists.
