Hi Tamzin,

Check in your Myo2 to see what the call costs where for.

Can I see an itemised bill? | Support | O2To see yours, go to My O2 and click 'View my full bill' in the 'My bill summary' section of the page. You can print it off too. …

What o2 Pay Monthly tariff are you on please.

Check in your Myo2 app or online.

What number type did you call ?

Your inclusive minutes will not cover 0845 numbers etc.

Link to numbers not covered by your inclusive numbers.

If you feel you have been charged incorrectly then ring o2 on 202 for assistance.
