Hi there

I want to setup a direct debit for my pay monthly cnotract for my device and airtime plan how can I do this quickly?

A direct debit is set up automatically when you start your contract for both the device plan and airtime.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I gave an account that doesnt allow direct debits to go out of. I just realised when a I recieved some letters. So now i need to setup a new one online. how can i do this?

Sounds like you'll need a new bank account first.

In the interim, you'll need to pay manually Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Contract)

I do I just gave them the wrong one originally which doesnt allow diretc debits to be setup so I want to setup the new one
